In the heart of desert, between ancient stone terraces and barren golden hills, a green river of 100 dunams of wine vineyards winds down. The powerful site is hard to describe in words.
The venerable and experienced vintner Eran Raz, nicknamed "Nana", arrived in Mitzpe Ramon in order to create a brand new, quality, leading wine. Ideal conditions for quality vine growth: 800m height above sea level, with a wide range of temperatures and amplitude, day and night differences, desert dryness and patient, good soil combined with leading and professional knowledge based on Eran's past experience.
The quality wine is marketed to chef restaurants and boutique wineries via leading companies in Israel. A small quantity becomes local boutique wine that is sold only on the farm, on a small hill, above the vineyards. There is a permanent canopy with vines climbing it, and a white cloth covering the roof of the dome.
Reservations can be made in advance. The hospitality includes a personal encounter with Nana, a briefing and a fascinating lecture "From the grape to the bottle", a story about the Negev settlement in all its aspects. Served with three types of wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Châtein Blanc, with culinary hospitality.
